This would include items such as, server & workstation performance monitoring, applying security patches, Anti-Virus monitoring, etc.. To qualify for Ongoing Support Services you must be a Simplicity Techs Subscriber. To become a subscriber, Simplicity Techs will do a consultation on your business infrastructure to be familiar with your structure to minimize time spent on any help that you may need. A routine will be setup that complements your schedule, and your budget.
